I founded Meridian Tax Advisors to provide high-quality, high-touch tax solutions for clients who value both technical excellence and a genuine professional partnership. With over 14 years of experience in tax planning, consulting, and compliance, I have built my career on the belief that a tax advisor should be more than just a preparer—they should be a champion for their clients’ best interests.

At Meridian Tax Advisors, I bring the sophisticated resources of a national firm background to a boutique, personalized setting. Whether I am successfully advocating for the abatement of significant IRS penalties or retrieving substantial refunds through the Taxpayer Advocate Service, my goal is always to provide clarity, responsiveness, and peace of mind.

I am a firm believer in the power of proactive communication. I am also proud to be fluent in both English and Chinese, allowing me to serve a diverse range of international clients. Outside of the office, I find balance through yoga and hiking, and I enjoy spending time with my husband, Zak, and our three pets-Molly, Kona and Lily.

As Office Manager and Emily’s younger sister, I oversee our firm’s operations, improve workflows, and manage client communications with professionalism and care. I enjoy creating efficient systems that keep our team running smoothly while ensuring clients receive timely updates and personalized support.

My warm, approachable style creates a welcoming experience for every client. I believe exceptional service is built on responsiveness, attention to detail, and genuine relationships. Whether coordinating daily operations or assisting clients, I strive to make every interaction smooth, positive, and stress-free.

I take pride in keeping our firm organized, efficient, and client-focused while delivering the exceptional service our clients expect from Meridian Tax Advisors. Outside of work, I enjoy dancing, drawing, and spending time with my two cats, Coco and Sunny, who bring creativity, joy, and balance to my life.
